An under-chocolaty but otherwise fully competent whole chocolate milk. It disperses pleasantly and naturally, has a decent sweet/salty ratio, and has a good creamy taste.
Creamy, smooth, and paints within the ‘whole chocolate milk’ lines. Much preferable to the ‘Purple Cow’ chocolate milk line purchased at Meijer in other locations.
Impressively chocolaty with a malty twinge, the balance of flavors is pretty much nailed and you end up with a chocolate milk experience that punches above its (low fat) weight class.

The cocoa flavor is overtly sugary, which isn’t a turnoff, but feels a bit contrived. It goes down smoothly and feels good until a slight drying sensation kicks in after the swallow.
No wacky textures or interrobang (!?) inducing flavors-- just natural-feeling chocolate milk that fits the bill nicely despite not standing out in any specific category. It's got a nice, intangible ‘feel’, finishes clean, and won’t lower the rent inside your fridge.
Excellent creamy base that delivers a unique experience more highlighted by malt than cocoa. The flavor finishes very cleanly and (physically) won’t cling to your insides, providing a resoundingly satisfying conclusion to each draw.
Strongly sour cocoa taste that doesn't apologize for its boldness-- nor should it. There is a bit of chalk along for the ride, and it slightly impacts the otherwise creamy medium, but overall, it’s a deliciously quick way to add 310 calories to your daily ledger.
Very well balanced and highly drinkable. Not weighed down with excess sugar or that ‘thickened’ feel— a pleasant addition to any grocery order or BYOB gathering.
Less salty, and slightly less flavorful than its plastic-bottle, artificially flavored counterpart, but no less enjoyable. The cocoa flavor is a tad more available here, and despite a more muted profile, it delivers creamy indulgence that you expect from a whole chocolate milk.
Pronounced salty (first) and malty (second) flavor in a smooth and creamy base that is thick but not unnatural feeling. The aftertaste wanes gradually and evenly, rendering you both satisfied and also ready for more.
Awesomely chocolaty, supported well by all other factors that clearly understand their place in the hierarchy. Worthy of the ‘deluxe’ billing, it wields a dessert-like indulgence, in spite of remarkably low monetary and caloric investments.
Finally, an instance where ‘caramel chocolate’ was pulled off rather well in milk form. The caramel flavor is not too overpowering or ‘popcorn buttery.’ You don’t get a sense that the caramel and chocolate flavors are vying for dominance, but working together in relative harmony. How unselfish.
Strong (but not dark) and slightly powdery cocoa flavor that resonates well in combination with its thin creaminess. The experience ages well in the aftertaste— a welcome feature, as this can be consumed quickly given the low viscosity.
Straightforward chocolate taste that is hands-down the star of the show. It’s competently creamy, a bit chalky, very much under-sweet (in a good way), and abundantly chocolaty. More chocolate milk brands should take notice— high chocolate and lower sweetness lends itself to a responsible, yet indulgent feel that really brandishes chocolate milk’s potential appeal to a more adult audience.
Not nearly the same maturely sour and chocolaty Borden dutch chocolate milk I purchased in South Carolina (a different formulation). It’s still very enjoyable, thanks to a heavy dose of cream and salt.
Creamy and chocolaty to be sure, and a pleasantly restrained sweetness that helps it to feel more mature. It's chalky, and doesn't disperse as beautifully as one would hope-- but all things considered, it’s pretty darn good.
Richly chocolaty and decadent— definitely the best 365 branded chocolate milk I’ve had thus far. It’s plenty sweet, but not overly so, and everything else competently supports the cocoa flavor that is clearly the star of the show.
